Welcome to Homestead, and my page of information on the Womack family. This page is mostly for source documents and some other written information on the early Womacks. I've added some new things, and hopefully have made the pages more usable for Mac users and users of alternative browsers. The pages got cluttered again, so it's been reorganized. All of the land grants are all on one page now. If you find a bad link (as Jack W. did the other day) drop me a line. I have now started adding the family tree for Abraham Womack of Hancock Co., GA. It's going slowly, as I'm checking documents as I go. Hopefully I'll also scan in some decent looking originals to document as well, similar to the stuff on Mansel. My intention is to put up 3 generations from Abraham, and see where that gets us, and then hopefully move back from there. I also need to redo the old English wills, as a few names have become clearer with more eyes looking at them.
